Thank you for shopping with New Move Fashion. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Time Frame

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale”

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment. The following conditions apply:

  • Refunds are only issued for eligible items returned within the 30 day window.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, item defective).

  • A refund may take 5 –10 business working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at Insert info@newmovefashion.co.uk with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

We will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, as appropriate.

8. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
